You upload a bill, and we contact your provider and negotiate a lower rate. For most negotiations we call your biller and talk with specialized departments that can offer lower rates, credits and free upgrades. We will also check through your current bill and compare the services to the usage to try to find opportunities to cut costs or lock in long term deals. Most of the time we will get a lower price for your same (or better) services but in situations where we think you might want to save a little extra with a plan change or contract, we reach out and let you know.
