We always negotiate with the aim of getting you a better rate on your existing service. Sometimes we might be able to get an add-on like a free channel or faster internet as part of the process and we go ahead and take it! In the event there are any plan changes that would save you money we will always reach out to you first to get your confirmation before locking it in.
