Refundable deposits are not required for all accounts or bills. If your account requires a refundable deposit it will apply in specific situations:
- If the bill is a Pay in Four bill and you have paid less than 3 Pay in Four bills. Refundable deposits do not apply to Pay in One or Bill Negotiation bills, or after you have successfully paid 3 Pay in Four bills.
- If there are no pre-existing deposits on the account. This means that a single refundable deposit can cover multiple bills at once.
