If a refundable deposit applies to your account, it will be automatically refunded when the following conditions have been met:
- When all outstanding installments have been paid and the bill moves to the 'PAID' status. However, if you upload a new bill, we may request a new refundable deposit if you are yet to complete three to five Pay in Four bills with us.
- If you have successfully paid back three to five Pay in Four bills with the deposit, we will refund your deposit automtically even if there are still outstanding installments on your account. This policy ensures that we do not hold on to your refundable deposit indefinitely if you are regularly paying bills and always have outstanding amounts on your account.
