Customers can expect the refund of their security deposit under the following conditions:
- When all outstanding installments have been paid and their bill moves to the 'PAID' status. However, if you upload a new bill, we may request a new security deposit if you haven’t paid three Pay in Four bills with us yet.
- If a customer has successfully paid three Pay in Four bills with a security deposit, we will refund your security deposit, even if there are still outstanding installments on the account. This policy ensures that we will never retain a security deposit indefinitely if a customer regularly uploads bills and has routine outstanding amounts on the account.
