When was I notified of the change?
All accounts who have paid a bill in the last 3 months have received an email at least 45 days prior to the date of the change. If you did not receive an email please let us know. All customers logging into their Deferit account are being notified through messages in the app and website.
I didn't see the notification about the change?
If you did not see the email, please confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct. Please also check that our emails are not going to your junk or spam folders.
Who does this change apply to?
The change has to apply to all customers equally across the Deferit platform. As the single fixed fee of 99c was preferred by most of our customers, it is the best way for us to structure it for everyone.
