You will get a notification that your payment has failed. Click on the 'Get in touch' button and choose 'My payments' from the available options on the Help widget to get started!
You can login to your account and action any outstanding payments you have on your end by selecting Pay next to your installment.
There are no interest or late fees associated with any missed payments but please note that if a scheduled payment has failed, you cannot upload any more bills until that failed payment has been successfully paid. This applies if the failed payment is rescheduled to a future date. We may attempt the payment at a later date in time and on other cards you have added to your account.
What if the first scheduled payment fails on my bill?
The bill will not be paid until we successfully receive the first payment. We will not reattempt the first installment if it fails, so you will have to manually process it on your end. To do this, you will just need to login to your account and select pay next to your first installment.
