For bills paid online, it may take up to a few business days for your biller to see the payment. It's always a good idea to give your biller a call and provide them the confirmation number from the notification email we will send you. This may help allocate the funds to your account faster.
For payments made via check, it can take up to 7 to 10 days for them to be received and processed by your biller. If your bill is overdue or close to the due date, please contact your biller to let them know it is being paid via check. We recommend uploading bills that require check payments 2 weeks in advance of the due date, to allow your biller enough time to process the payment.
