If you wish to cancel the monthly $14.99 membership fee but still retain your account for future use, you can login to your account via the app or website and cancel the membership under Settings>Membership. This means your account will remain available and you can resume your membership whenever you need.
In contrast, if you choose to delete your account and want to reactivate in the future, you will need to go through a full review by our accounts team before opening a new account. This review process can take up to 3 business days.
