Here’s How It Works
- Covered Scenario: Let's say your bill is due today. You upload it and make your first payment by 6 PM. If we end up paying the bill tomorrow—oops, we missed the due date! If you incur a $10 late fee because of this, we’ll take care of that fee for you. Just like that, you’re protected.
- Not Covered Scenario: Here’s a different situation. Your bill is due today, you upload it and make the first payment by 6 PM. We process and pay the bill by 6:30 PM, but the biller doesn’t recognize the funds until their next banking day, resulting in a $10 late fee. This situation is tricky: since the delay is on the biller's end, not ours, it isn’t covered by our payment guarantee
