We designed Deferit to give you more control over your finances — including the flexibility to move your upcoming payments when needed.
Where to move your payment
To reschedule a payment, open the Deferit app and head to the Member Hub at the bottom of your Home Screen.
From there, tap the Activity tile in the bottom left corner — you’ll see your bills listed.
- Tap the bill with the payment you want to change
- Tap the Edit button to the right of the installment
- Choose a new date (up to 2 weeks later)
- Tap Update to confirm ✅
If you’re using the website, head to the Upcoming Payments section to find and adjust your payment schedule.
A quick heads-up
There are no fees to move a payment, but please note:
- If a payment fails and is missed, your account may be restricted until it’s brought up to date
- This applies even if the missed payment is moved to a future date
To avoid any issues, it’s best to reschedule ahead of time.
