If you’d like to stop your Deferit membership, you have a couple of options depending on what you want to do with your account.

Most questions can be resolved instantly using our help articles, without needing to wait for a response. Our Customer Heroes typically reply within 1–2 business days, so checking the Help Center first is the fastest way to get help.
Cancel your membership but keep your account
If you want to stop paying the monthly membership fee but keep your account active for future use:
- Log in to your account via the app or website.
- Go to Settings > Membership.
- Select Cancel membership.
Your account will remain available, and you can reactivate your membership at any time.
Delete your account
If you’d like to permanently delete your account, note that if you choose to return in the future you’ll need to complete a new review by our Accounts Team (this can take up to 3 business days).
To request deletion, contact us through the option below:
- Chat widget (website only): Open the Chat widget in the bottom-right corner of our website and type your request, such as “I want to delete my account.”
Our AI agent will guide you through the process, and if further assistance is needed, a Customer Hero will follow up directly.
