We take the first payment on the day we pay your bill. So for example, if you schedule your bill to be paid tomorrow, we will take the first installment then.
The 2nd and 3rd installments are scheduled 2 weeks after the first payment. The 4th and final installment is scheduled 3 weeks after the 3rd installment, to give you a little extra flexibility! Before submitting a deferral, you will receive an overview of the amounts and dates of your payments.
Please note that there is a $0.99 card processing fee that is included in the installment amounts. You can also change the scheduled dates of your payments by up to 2 weeks at any time by logging into your account and opening your bill.
