When uploading your bill, you specify the date that you want us to pay your bill on. Your four bi-weekly installments begin on this date and we take the first payment before paying your bill. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in order for your bill to be paid on time. If you move the first payment, the date that your bill will be paid also gets moved.
*All bill payments are processed during standard banking hours between 9am–5pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. If you make a payment after these hours, we will aim to pay your bill on the next day's payment run. If we have any issues in paying your bill, we will reach out to you via email.
