Reschedule a payment (app)
- Open the Deferit app
- Tap Activity (bottom left of your home screen)
- Tap the bill you want to manage
- In the bill’s schedule, tap Change on the installment you want to move
- Edit the date → tap Update to save
If you need more time or can’t reschedule
Chat widget (website only): Open the Chat widget in the bottom-right corner of our website and type your request, such as “I need to change my payment date.”
Our AI agent will guide you through the process and collect the necessary details to update your request. If further help is needed, a Customer Hero will follow up by email.
Important
- Keep installments before your bill’s due date to avoid biller late fees
- If we’ve already paid your biller, the remaining installments still apply
