Whether a refund is possible depends on the payment’s status.
You can request a refund if:
- We haven’t sent the payment to your biller yet, or
- The biller returned/rejected the payment
You usually can’t get a refund if:
- The payment has been successfully sent and applied to your biller account
At that point, refunds must be requested directly from your biller.
How to request a refund
- Chat widget (website only): Open the Chat widget in the bottom-right corner of our website and type your request, such as “I’d like to request a refund.”
