If you are receiving this error message when you are trying to sign in, start by double-checking that your email and password are correct and free of any typos. You will need to use the email address that is associated with your Deferit account.
If you have double-checked this and you are still not having any luck, then try resetting your password.
If you are on the website:
Select Forgot your password? from the login page and enter in your email address to get the reset password link sent to your inbox. Alternatively, you can click this link to take you there. From here, just follow the steps on the website to get your password reset!
If your email address is no longer in use, you cannot access it or if you cannot remember what email address is verified to your account, just get in touch with us by clicking here and we will sort it out for you! Please click on the ‘Get in Touch’ button and type 'Contact Deferit' in the Help widget to reach our Heroes directly.

If you are receiving this error message when you are trying to log in, please check that you are on the right page. Make sure that you're on the Login page, which is different to the Get started page.
